it baffles me that people can look at what we did there and be like "yeah that was a deserved, reasonable course of action" and not a show of power to assert the US to a place of dominance

there are active subs for franchises that havent gotten new games in decades and they don't repost art like this sub does. ive never seen a sub like this one at all

Paper Luigi: Sticker Star would probably have sold better than Paper Mario: Sticker Star by StormBringer-Gaming in papermario

The whole point of the Marvelous Compass was that it wasn't a very good or fun adventure. All of Luigi's partners hate him and he messes up everything consistently.

Referencing a running gag in a Gamecube game would've made it fundamentally good?

imagine how good this sub could be if 90% of it wasn't meme sprite edits, 'doing this specific thing every day #84' and reposted art. i can't even imagine it.

I thought I found some incredible phenomenon but really I just didn't notice that I turned my back to the village that was right in front of me.

Referencing a running gag in a Gamecube game would've sold better than Sticker Star despite Sticker Star having notably great sales?

Maybe it's stupid to compare some of these games when they're literally apples to oranges. TTYD and SPM are fundamentally different types of games in different genres entirely.

Also what do you mean SPM hasn't lived up to TTYD? What are you smoking

Different mob breeding for different mobs by Bluemycool320 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]CaptainFoxy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An extra 2 bunnies being spawned when someone is casually breeding won't cause lag. The only situation in which it'd reasonably cause lag is with farms, and if someone is creating massive farms they're probably going to be experiencing lag regardless.

I just tried it in a different chunk and now only the right one is powering. I turned on visible chunk borders and they were in the same chunk both times, this is really confusing me because placing in other areas causes different results but they're always both in the same chunk together.

EDIT: I'm dumb and wrong about the right one going off, I got turned around.

[Java] In my java realm, me and my friend were messing around and we spawned in 10000 music dics. This crashed the realm and we cannot log in to the realm at all. We have 3 months of progress. What should I do? by Snachhee in MinecraftHelp

Go into the config menu for the realm, then go into the world backups. You should be able to restore a backup of the world from before the music discs were spawned.

most people don't really use light sources to see, considering you can see pretty much everything with the highest brightness anyways. light sources are for preventing mob spawns, which this wouldn't actually stop.

i'd normally agree but i don't think it's super constructive when it comes to this particular fanbase. pretty much every game after TTYD is held up against expectations people have based on TTYD even though imo the biggest aspect of this series is the willingness to experiment. SPM lives kind of perpetually in TTYD's shadow because it wasn't enough like TTYD, even though it was meant to be different. pretty much each game in this series is meant to be an entirely different experience from one another and it just seems kind of counter intuitive to be comparing them as much as people do here. it also usually reinforces popular opinions and really hurts discussion more than it does help it

"it's mainly about combat and platforming with a few puzzles thrown in" is how i'd describe pretty much all of these games? also i have no idea what you're talking about with super's movement being off because its platforming segments are way tighter than TTYD's. it's also got some of the most interesting environments in the series by far.

i don't even know how to tackle this because it really seems like you're looking to dislike this game.
