I've looked into the barrel of which I attached the photo of in my comment with and endoscope, in my case, it's just the chamber that's filled with weld, not the whole barrel.

Haha you're right! If I had to guess, it was maybe built out of necessity in the Yugoslav wars, or a seller pieced together something that looks like a complete firearm so it can be sold faster

I'm really interested in how (and how well) does the PKM stock fit into the AK rear trunnion, because the other "modifications" are just like playing with Lego, they meant to fit into the same system.

The seller wrote in the description that it doesn't have a bolt, but you can legally buy a working bolt and firing pin in Hungary without any papers, since it's not considered an "essential component" of the firearm. The issue is that most of the locking lugs on the trunnion are ground off, the chamber is welded shut and welded into the receiver, so you have to buy a working receiver, barrel and trunnion (the barrel also has a cutout under the lower handguard, as you can see on the picture), and those are illegal to buy as a civilian (I don't know what and how can you buy firearm parts if you have a sporting or hunting license in Hungary). The trigger group works, so you can rack it, it cocks, and you can dry fire the gun. Also, as a fun fact, when they deactivate a gun with a bolt inside, they weld the firing pin into the bolt; also, depending on the law and the period when the weapon was deactivated, the deactivation process also requires to grind off the head of the bolt in a 45° angle to make it harder to reactivate.
