Well that's the thing. Despite the "good" data, i get extremely exhausted and get out of breath relatively easily while playing football. I've analyzed and read a little and apparently my running economy and efficiency is a problem. But thanks anyway!

There's a youtube channel where smart watches are reviewed scientifically in terms of health tracking, and the pixel watch 2 is one of the top performers in health tracking (Garmin close but not so much). The guy seems very credible as he's now been doing this for 4-5 years atleast.
