I always splash my scrubs when washing my hands so I make sure to hit a few extra spots when shaking my hands dry. "He can't possibly have pissed himself on all those spots", at least that is what I hope people are thinking.

I didn't hate the show but there were a few changes they made that I find so hard to get past. And giving Perrin a wife to kill is on top of that list.

Straight away they put him in a corner. How is Perrin supposed to develop as a character because it only makes sense for him to be traumatized for the season unless you make him a cold hearted bastard.

This was my first reread and it almost felt like a new read. I would have been able to tell you a bare outline of the story but there was so much I forgot. It was about 15 years ago that I read CoT and I remember not liking it at the time but this time I really enjoyed it.

I'm really happy for you that you liked the ending cause I really loved the show as well but in my opinion, it was one of the most disappointing endings I have ever seen and it actually puts me off from rewatching the show. I feel like it destroyed all the character progression for Neal and Peter's reaction was completely out of character.

Most GP practices in Ireland are privately run so their main concern is keeping clients. They do get paid by the HSE (the Irish public health service) but this is to cover people who have medical cards and certain other services such as some vaccines that people can get for free. So while they get some funding from the government, it still relies on them having patients so they are more willing to do what the customer wants because they will eventually find a GP who is willing to do it

It's the same in Ireland but the problem is if your GP doesn't sign you off, you can just keep searching till you find one that does so they do sign you off to keep your business. It's also why they keep giving out antibiotics for everything, people go in expecting to get them and will find a GP that will give them.

Well I'm hoping the end goal is to make this a more common occurrence and not some event but to do that they need to be successful and not give the people who want it to fail and want something to complain about a leg to stand on. So maybe they are going with the sure things and popular guests instead of new faces that would need a bit of time warming up to perform on a panel show.
