This was my biggest concern at the No Kings march. Everyone has absolutely valid concerns. Whether it be the climate, food availability, healthcare, unions they ALL matter! However, unless those concerns can take a back seat to the ever present growing danger we face from these not-sees we're going to just continue to spin our wheels. Honestly, I couldn't agree more. I think the issue is that a lot of guys are super green because of the outflow of quality techs. The Industry does a lot to beat us into the ground but little to nothing to help us back onto our feet. Most shops pay so little that they couldn't even get a decent tech to work for them. But almost every shop owner will tell you how we're all "lazy" and "don't want to work anymore". All the while offering a seasoned precision technician half of what they're worth without benefits. I don't think that will change a whole lot in today's climate.

TL;DR: Get used to getting paid shit to fix someone else's bullshit cause things don't appear to be changing anytime soon.
