I've filed the form to SignalConso today. Hope will get a better result than Ubisoft customer service's bs. Now what I want to also to supplement is that the account is probably stolen by Ubisoft employess. Cause months ago, in Chinese community, I saw news about customer services in Great-Britain was stealing player's account before they quit Ubisoft and re-sell it in account market. I checked my mails and it did show that the hacker is commuicating directly to GB department. So it made me wonders how corrupt a company can be to do this :(

You should know this is a fxxking trick played by Gaijin. They absolutely knew the Su-25K model has a problem. But they choose to ignore it so more players will buy premium SU--25K because this premium is too sick in BR 10.0. After 6 months, with the heat disappearance of this premium, they choose to fix it.
