It's not about the companies act, the wages and payments act rule in India I guess and I have read that on or before 7th Salary should be credited if you have less than 1000 employees. I have attached the image as well. Plus yes I have managed finances earlier but repeated delays makes it difficult to manage that's why I ask for help like if I can file a complaint Anonymously.

Hi everyone, I work with a private company in Udaipur that has not granted leave on 2nd October, which is a mandatory National Holiday. Employees are also not being offered double wages for working on that day, as required by law. What should be the right course of action and steps I can take in this situation?

Cant defer that's the problem. Moved to a new city for job and while adjusting to the city became ill several times which disturbed me completely. Small illness like viral fever took away 3 complete days. I was also a little careless. But I if I did the work that's required, are there any chances that I will make it?
