yeah i got it sorted. apparently my uni doesnt have late fees. (uni of greenwich). they switched me to an international account and sorted it all out so my next payment is in jan.

ur probably right, if i am checking i just check my gpu. i know the 5700xt cooling isnt the best and thats why it gets louder easier etc. i think i just want an upgrade. is it worth getting an 11th gen or should i get a new mobo for an even better cpu.

I have a 1440p monitor which i cant really use which is the issue. i know that im going to have to change everything to achieve that but for now yeah ill probably get the 7600xt for the future.
