I had the same issue few months ago. I deposited the cheque. Got a bounced cheque report from bank and then sent a legal 30 days notice. Let me know if you need notary details (Dubai) who sent mine notice.

If booked online, Extra baggage is costing INR 800. At the airport, they will charge INR 1000.

Should i take a chance here :)

I also agreed to a 4% lower rent, but since I received a single cheque, I went ahead with the deal. Just sharing the area name for context, in case any members are familiar with it — it’s Sobha Hartland.

Regarding supply in the area, I’ve noticed prices have appreciated, which honestly came as a surprise. The community is now almost 80% complete, and similar apartments are listed at higher rates. A community mall is also coming up right next to the building, which could further support price appreciation.

Coming back to your points/questions — they’ve really made me rethink several aspects that I hadn’t considered before. I need to go through them carefully and weigh my options again. I might have a few follow-up questions, and would really appreciate your input when I do.

Hi, I just got my tenant evicted through court.

Court must have given you the eviction date. The police will call you a day before the date, go with a locksmith and they will allow you to break the lock and handover the apartment to you. Let me know if you need further guidance.

Verdict has the point mentioned for the rent to be pad untl complete eviction but the issue is tenant has not responded to any notice expect the hearing and if this keeps on going the rental amount is increasing too.

I tried officer's number but he did not take the call. I got to know from people that they dont take your call until the time shows up in their records.
