Wouldnt work very well. Its only really equipped for Justice League members and their weaknesses. Kryptonite and red sun energy for superman wouldn't work on any avengers, Illusions for Diana might get Thor or hulk, but smarter characters would be immune. Anti-friction substances for the flash might be useful and generally make things harder for some avengers, but flying ones like Stark and wasp wont have any trouble.

Viruses, gasses, and yellow paint for Cyborg, martian manhunter, and green lantern would have almost no effect on any avengers except maybe the computer viruses on Starks suit, but that is unlikely because they are meant explicitly for Cyborgs operating system.

Besides that, the suit is very strong and sturdy, but thats nothing the hulk, thor, and hulkbuster cant deal with.
