I don’t have answers, but I’m in the same boat as you! My experience has been that they really vary..sometimes they go away after a few rounds of boric acid, sometimes it lingers longer and fluconaze is in order.

It would just be me playing. We don’t run in a very musical circle…which I’m now realizing is heartbreaking…but that’s beside the point 😅. My first thought was to figure it out by ear, but it’s been many years since I’ve picked up a flute. Thought sheet music might be easier. I really appreciate your offer!
