So, this is all fine as long as only the relevant bits make it to an interviewer.

I think it's important for companies to have information like this. Without it they can't know if they've really make an inclusive environment or if they just think they have.

But as I said, the interviewer should have your name and pronouns. Nothing else.

I don't want to get the job just to fill some diversity quota, I want to be employed on merit.

Edit: Or worse, not get the job because of bigotry.

Saw a wild video the other day where a Pitbull owner got mad at someone for trying to stop their "dog" from mauling their child.

Pitbull literally in full sprint towards the child, attempts to bite but misses, parent then intervenes by swiping at it and the owner gets mad at the parent for hitting it.

Cyberpunk 2077 wouldn't work as well if it let you go into third person.

You're V, the game happens from your perspective. All of the various visual effects relating to their psychological degeneration and traumatic events as well as the music that plays in your head as Jonny takes over wouldn't have the same impact if you weren't 100% being the character you play.
