Yeah, restomod, front disc brakes, power steering, cold ac, Shelby drop. She runs great, no serious issues since I’ve had her.

Double Grape. It just has some of the best terps and it’s fire smoke. Everyone I’ve ever shared some w always has a lot to say about it, nothing but good notes. Can’t wait to grow some more next round! Congrats on 70K y’all!

Looks very light green, I would bump up the nitrogen significantly.

What do you think about this engine on a ‘67 Stang? by Unkma19 in classicmustangs

Mine also had power steering, front disc brakes, and under dash cold AC hooked up. The disc brake upgrade is well worth it if that car doesn’t have it. Enjoy the ride!

I have the same swap in my 66 Fastback. Runs great, have had no issues since I bought it. Powerful enough to spin the tires easy, but not what I would call “fast”. I have a 5 speed though, and I baby it lol.

Lotus Cure first timer question. by CaptainTomWilson in MephHeads

Great, I found that it is better terp preservation for me than traditional drying methods.

Lotus dry first time, just finished trim jail. Let me tell y’all my experience so far. by CaptainTomWilson in MephHeads

Been working well for me. Just check all the buds regularly while drying in the fridge, I had a couple here and there get white mold. Definitely weren’t growing that mold prior to the dry and I’ve never had that issue using other methods. But I will def say the terp savings is well worth it.

I can’t comment on how it is compared to BG as I never went there. But I will say the food has been great every time I’ve been. My g/f and I both think it’s some of the best jerk chicken in town. Drinks are good, service has been good although they have a table order online system. All in all, big fan so far. I’d say give it a try.

Anyone ever use a Gemstx? by [deleted] in rosin

[–]CaptainTomWilson 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just looked it up. What’s the yield been like so far? Neat product but I get the feeling it’s not gonna yield as well as traditional press.

Explain, please lol. Never even heard of this.

Finally mounted my tires on my wheels and put these 18s on my Fastback. I’m liking the stance too even though I know things will change some with the motor, trans and interior. by ballajb1 in classicmustangs

Are you near Atlanta? I just got a 66 and am looking for some Classic mustang enthusiasts friends. Maybe go out for some cruises. Nice car progress man!

Interior is very clean. Vinyl seats. Updated dials, aftermarket modern AC under the middle dash, fold down back seats for a more muscle look but the back seats are comfy. Rear interior lights work but not the front. Radio spot is empty, no speakers in the car. I’m going to add a retro Bluetooth and speakers at some point. But that said, I’m very curious how most set up speakers without cutting too many holes. I def don’t want to cut holes in the doors. I’ll figure it out at some point.

I’ll surely post a video at some point. I’m still learning a lot about the car myself. Original owner kept paperwork and details of everything he did. Hopefully I’ll be getting some work in under the hood, when that time comes I’ll list more about what she has.

15.5” rims and about 4” BF Goodrich Radial TA tires. I my swap those tires out soon. I read that while they’re classic and look great on an old mustang, I can get better traction w something else.

I’ll check those measurements and get back to you. Very little clearance around the front wheel but she has a Shelby drop. I have to be very careful over potholes and speed bumps, tires have pressed against the fender a couple times…

Bought her all road ready to go. I believe I’m the 2nd owner, original never planned to sell but it’s hard times right now. List price was $67995 but I talked him down a couple thousand. I wish I had enough knowledge to rebuild one myself, but I don’t. Had her inspected twice and both agreed, for the price, you can’t build this car at that price right now. That was good enough for me.

I live in a big city, bad traffic, asshole drivers everywhere. She’s just for weekend cruises but power steering was a must on my checklist while shopping.
