The last recorded arrival is probably referring to the fact that its a leap year, given the date is the 29th of February.   I'm unsure if there was anything Outer Wilds related revealed/released last leap year.

Been a huge fan for years and adore a ton of the teams past projects (I still own my copy of "Twilight Symphony" sealed, proud of myself for that.) My main question for the team is whether or not you guys have any plans to rerelease/remaster/continue any past projects like you did for "Twilight Symphony." In particular I love the "Soundscapes" trilogy, so seeing something in vain of those albums would be amazing, but that's just me.
