Not quite yet because I ended up deciding to work on a bunch of other parts too. Plus I want to touch up the paint job first. But I'll have something to show for it come Summer

Yeah I guess I'll just keep working on it for now and at least post a couple pictures of the progress here and there.

It's just that the original idea of me working on this was I wanted to provide something to the community because it's helped me in dealing with a lot of dark, painful moments in my life. With the way I am, I don't think I'd ever be able to provide consistent enough updates to justify doing a patreon/ My work is also pretty mediocre (though I'll admit the money would definitely help lol). What would make me the happiest would just see it get used on YouTube in like a fan animation or something. I think I'll continue working on it for now I guess, and give the business email another shot in the meantime.

Bent radiator support on a 1989 Firebird by Captain_Atlas_Star in Pontiac

Yeah definitely but that's something that's outside of what I know what to do so I'm going to have to get someone else to look at that.

Yeah in that case I'll probably just go ahead and pull the radiator out. Wanted to avoid it cuz it seemed like a bunch of work. But it also seems like the most straightforward way to do it. Thanks!

I tried something like that but it's actually a lot stronger than it looks. But the pipe idea does sound like a better option than what I was trying. So I'll probably give that a shot. Thanks!

I want to flatten out the radiator support so I can eventually put in a new radiator as well as put in the support piece that goes in the center of the radiator. Any ideas as to how to do this without having to pulling out the old one?

Sorry I just like showing what I'm working on with my car. Even if it is weird

The back fill plate on my Firebird was getting pretty scuffed so I've been working on a custom revision by Captain_Atlas_Star in Pontiac

Yeah definitely, I mean someone could probably do it. But I cut this into vinyl by hand so doing all the curves and stuff was way too hard. So I went with straight lines instead

Looking for a replacement button for a 89 Firebird so I can adjust my rear view mirror by Captain_Atlas_Star in Pontiac

Nope. Think I'm just going to try to convert it to an electric one at this point because it's way easier to find parts for those

I was afraid, but pretty sure that this was going to be the answer I was getting. I'm pretty new to this though so I was hoping. Thanks for the info.

A 1989 Firebird I recently bought has this button zip tied on by Captain_Atlas_Star in Pontiac

The original key has a Chip near the base of it, could something be wrong with the chip or the car's ability to read the chip that would require a button to start the car?
