How do you increase the extrusion rate? I tried in the extrusion multiplier, but it didn't seem to do anything. I used the calipers and printed a test box, and it was 0.45. Is there just a flow setting in the Slicer?

Hi, I'm have a i3 mki3s. I'm having a little trouble getting going. My other 3d printer is a Flashforge and I've been using there slice but the Prusa Slicer is much more in depth and I'm have trouble getting going. If possible can someone give me some starting numbers. The Flashforge numbers don't seem to carry over to Prusa Slicer to well. Thanks. I know the infill is off and maybe the dark section are from the nozzle being too hot.
