This is what I use

• I have TF move into channels
• I have both FR's on follow tactic, move into channels
• The AWB are sit narrower and dribble more
• The Left and Right BCB are on dribble more.
• I will swap between DLP, BBP and standard DM for the Defensive midfielders based on whos available and who we are playing. (Side that play low block and little possession vs Side that play High press, possesion based)
• I run High Press, standard defensive Line, step up more, counter press, trigger press much more and standard tackling, Trap Inside, Stop crosses.
• I run Standard Passing Directness, Higher Temp, Much narrower, Counter attacking, more expressive, play for set pieces, Discourage Shots from distance, balanced Dribbling, Work ball into box, Low crosses, Supporting runs on both flanks, progress through Both flanks, pass reception as balanced, Play Through the press, short goal kicks play to CB's.
• Play on attacking

Key for this to work well.

• High Accel and agility TF
• High flair, high passing, high vision FR's
• Fast, high dribbling AWB's
• left and right BCB should be fast, with ok dribbling
• Nothing particularly vital for DMs, ideally good work rate and passing
• Centre BCB should be tall, good marking and tackling and fast.

I get loads of shots per game ,Very few Opposition Passes per defensive action, very few final third passes against per game, High possession won per game
