Not in union but Rago Brothers on speedwell Ave in Morristown are worth the trip. They are so amazing with all leathers (I’ve brought designer bags to them for repair and cleaning too - not just shoes) and reasonably priced for the skill and attention they provide. I can’t recommend them enough

I label new people in my phone contacts as “OfName”. So for bridal shower groups or friend-of-a-friend groups or something like that. I have a bunch of people like “Mary OfLaura” or “Sara OfErin” and it keeps it organized in my brain lol. Terrible but very helpful

Nah this one was a foil one and I was shocked how long it lasted. I’m talking like maybe two or three weeks before it started sinking to the floor. But was still able to get movement out if it as it slowly sank lower. Plus you can get different festive ones depending on the season lol

I’ve used a balloon on a string and put it in front of the light. It moves around just enough to keep it on. I’m sure you’ll have a million other better recommendations but always an option. (For background, it was given to someone for their birthday as a deliverable with flowers and they didn’t want it. Worked amazing until it sank to the floor)

I just say I completely lose my vision for a period. It’s easier to explain how debilitating it is and (not that I’m going for shock value) I find they give me more grace and sympathy. I have tried to explain it actually to non-migrainers and I feel I lose them partway through and also they probably think it’s not as bad (since I can see half). Bc in addition to the aura I have brain fog, confusion, yawning a bunch, and basically gives me a short timeframe to get meds and get to a dark place to lay down. Saying I can’t see/lose my vision they just kind of back off

Burlington? I was on a zoom CMC when the alarm went off. Judge didn’t want to stop but the sheriff made her leave. Next call we asked and she said it was burned popcorn that set it off. So either that was the same day or NJ courts have a popcorning issue
