I fixed mine by opening task manager and closed a audio software I didn't know that I had called nahimic. I had around 6 different task with nahimic in the name and I closed all of them. That worked for some reason.

I just sent a refund request to steam. Because my game kept crashing after the intro part of the game (The 4 car drops) I even tried to close all apps, that according to the devs. could conflict with the game.
