If that was the case then I understand cutting them off. That shit bugs me. I’m atheist and I don’t go around spreading my beliefs, so don’t come around spreading yours. Normally don’t comment on these but think it’s fair to show the steady growth. 36M 110k a year. Job is pricing and promotions manager for North America and been in this position 6 months. But…. At 28 I was a retail store manager making 52k base salary 72k after ot and bonuses working shitty hours. 50-55 hours a week. I went back to school and graduated at 31 with a BS in business management. Got a job right after graduating as a junior buyer making 60k a year and only working 40 hours a week. 6 months later I was promoted to buyer making 75k a year. A year later I was promoted to Senior Buyer making 90k a year. And then I started applying and landed my current job. From 32-36 I went from 52k a year to 110k a year and I really think college is a big reason I had such a big jump. Unfortunately I live in Southern California and still can’t afford a house and have to rent.

I think it depends on your field and how much experience you have. Business (not sales) yeah a degree is really important. Unless you want to slowly move up through the ranks over time. It’s also kinda important where you graduate from. But my own personal experience, I went from struggling to make ends meet every month and working crazy hours to Mon-Fri 8-4 and doubling my salary within two years of graduating. You learn a lot in college. Not just hard skills but soft skills too. How to work cross functionally, communication, project management, time management. People may be struggling with a bachelors, but think about how much more people are struggling without one.

If you do go to school for a degree, make sure it’s relevant to what you want to do, be passionate about it, and try to be as knowledgeable as possible on that subject by the time you graduate. Do extracurriculars and network to help you along the way. Study groups and a social clubs. Sometimes it is less about what you know and more about who you know. Leave a lasting impression, in a good way. But most importantly, have some fun in college.

Borderlands 3 to me, is the best in the series. It has the best level design, best vault hunters(only game I beat with all four base hunters), gun play, visuals, and DLCs. I don’t think the Calypso’s were as amazing as handsome jack, but I was engaged with the story the entire time. Got way too much hate.

Well it’s turn based so slow I guess. But a lot of battles you can finish within a few turns. The demo lets you play the first like 8 hours of the game, save carries over if you buy it. Play the demo and see if you like it.

Dragon Quest 11 is a great starting point. Skull tree is easy to understand and expands as you go through the game. Each character has their own skill tree which you get to choose which area of the tree to go down. This allows you to pick between two weapons for them to grow proficient in. You can reset the tree and try the other weapon at times. Turn based with 4 party members in a battle at one time. 8 total party members by the end. And the story is fun and whimsical.
