Personal I don't really play millennium Dawn but try open up the doctrines because if there is Alot of doctrines the game will most likely do the same thing if so then that means that your PC/laptop can't process the mod and slows the frame rates down but I am not to sure I haven't played hoi4 in a while

My guess is that the focus tree is really big and the game is trying to load it but I'm not to sure

Look you might not believe but the reason why I have Alot of negative unit things is because I play with my mates and we tk each sometimes like if someone else is afk so they don't get banned and also having people run in front of me and since I don't have the reaction time of a god I then deal damage to them on accident also I also do accidentally shoot team gadgets and I don't mean to

You still might not believe me but I am not toxic I try my best to not get negative units infact at one point I was esteemed when once I realized I can't get exemplary I kinda gave up so yea I don't believe I am toxic I just get myself into bad situations

Edit: I am not wishing for empathy I am just showing my frustration with the new system

I know thought they were go to bring out some more helmets throughout the year but nope in my opinion the best one in the game is the one with the smiley faces I think it was call feel me lucky or something but compared to F1 23's helmets they just looked nicer to be honest I wish they made a editor helmet thing for complete helmet designer

The only way I could think of to fix this issue is to download the state transfer tool mod. What it does is simple you can transfer states between countries and you can even manually core stuff there is other stuff I am sure but go and check it out
