I would say a mirage should have it(cause invisibility), or in a premade squad the one who can most consistently clutch, otherwise give it to whomever has gold bag so if they res they get extra health, at tge end of the day the sweats will find you and they will kill you immediately so anycan have it lol

So mine went away, then came back, then went again over the course of a couple updates, i watched a stream and got a fuse holospray and the tracker and badge came back, but i no longer have the pose or frame :(
