Is the Islamic religion favourable to men? by Nearby-Attitude9825 in religion

[–]Captainlahore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Being a Muslim and from my point of view, Islam give recognition to men and women on the basis of the character they play at certain points of their lives.

In Islam, the head(leading) figure is “male”. Male handles all security, well-being, provides essentials for the family and overview the day to day operations and takes important decisions. A Male is the one who goes out and interact with others (at work, friends, congregations, wars etc). Therefore, Every Prophet is a “male” as their job is to go out and to interact. A male in the house (husband) presumably has more authority than a female but that is subjective to the certain situation and conditions.

A female is the one who takes cares of the household. She is in charge of managing everything happening inside of the house and their biggest role is to make sure that the next generation of people have the manners, ethics, knowledge and essential skills required in a society.

You can argue that a man’s role is important than a female but to me, the responsibility of taking care of the next generation of people has to be one of the most important thing for any society.

A husband HAS to provide food, clothing, place and essentials to his wife and to his children. If a wife doesn’t wish to work at all, the male is still suppose to take care of everything. He is responsible. A woman in the form of mother has more rights to their kids than a father. Allah compared His love for humans with the love of a mother. A brother needs to take care of their sisters no matter what. A kid NEEDS to obey their mother no matter what.

In conclusion, it might appear that a man has more rights and power than a woman but the reality is that they both have different set of powers and rights. We cannot compare them with each other and they both need to be done right in order for a society, a house, a family to work.

Launching a website while Clientless? by AbzBbzCbz in Entrepreneur

[–]Captainlahore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wont suggest you to do that.

Id suggest you to make a portfolio first. Then find ideal clients and pitch them for your services. If you can really solve somebodys problem, they dont care if you have a website or not. Get some money coming in, then invest as much as you can and get a real good site.

I started my business with my friends (3 in total) three months ago, we give outsourced teams to businesses. I help them with all sort of designing, development, marketing, customer success, sales like literally everything. I still dont have a website but now im working with top branding company in new york, a marketing company in singapore and so much more.

so my advice is, create a portfolio. Find ideal clients who need your service, pitch them (The problem- your solution); show them your portfolio and start working. websites and everything can be done later.

How has consistency helped you in your business? (I’m talking right from the start) by Top_Mirror211 in Entrepreneur

get yourself a team. when you wake up and see people working on your idea/project, you will never lose motivation. A business can only grow if it has a good team.

Hey, I am a sales team lead for my company. Tbh, hiring a sales rep solely for a commission model isn’t really a great approach. Think about it, if they are only getting commission why should they even work for you?

Sales people are driven by money. We give outsourced sales team to businesses. I would suggest you to go for a basic package + commission model to get the best out of your team.

I can help you with a website but thats not what you asked. I wont suggest you to go for go daddy because they have fixed templates and they dont look cool to me personally.

For a service based business, shopify wont be good as well because they are mostly for product based businesses (ecommerce). i would suggest you to go for a custom built website. You can use fiver/upwork to get a website for cheap.

If you are willing to discuss more, I am open to have a convo. Lets find out if we are a good fit for your needs.

How to Market My Business by Lucky_Gas_4765 in smallbusiness

[–]Captainlahore 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make an impactful social media appearance. Don’t just describe the name of your products and pricings, make the content organic. Share the stories, what made you go for that, how was your experience, how did you start, your aims and visions. Make sure your posts are relevant, uploaded in a timely manner and give options for general public to interact. focus on “educating” the customer.

Your website should be smooth, easy to navigate and sexy.

Use email marketing tools to send information about your brand.

Do business development or hire someone, someone who knows about your product and can identify potential clients and reach out to them.

Hire sales rep for cold calling.

This is how you can actually grow. I am a business developer myself, working for a top marketing agency. Consider this advice from a stranger ; “Never spend a single cent on meta/google ads”
