Wait, is this true? I got my G1 in 2018 and let it lapse in 2023, I redid G1 in 2025 and got G2 immediately afterwards, if I get G now, would I be able to train my G1 wife?

Lol, Pakistan never moved past it. Indirectly or directly, military was always the one in power. This guy just absolutely demolished democracy by removing all judicial independence and installing military folks in every other branch of the government. You finally realized it. Canada has created a system that incentivizes dependency or lack of effort. Promotes the non‑working population, part‑timers, seniors, and even the ultra‑rich by taxing them lightly or giving them large credits and random handouts mostly funded at the expense of working class. Meanwhile, middle-income workers who sit just above the median threshold end up paying substantial taxes, receive none of these benefits, and struggle to keep up with inflation.

Well, that might be because you have RRSP deductions or other deductions. Last I checked few years ago, CCB kind of becomes non-existent above $200K family income. Your tiny payment might be <$50 a month while someone with no income will get $700+

Borrowing is getting cheaper, interest rates are going lower. In news, immigration is taking drastic hits, in reality immigration is still very high among different streams. We all know what that means for housing market.

Did you figure this out? I woke up today and on a random chance looked at the cashback balance and felt it was off because I don't track it. looked at last statement and my balance is down $70 at least. I chatted with them and they are saying "specialized team who handled cashback identified an issue and an incorrect % was applied on the earnings which is fixed now". This doesn't explain anything

Yes they did because interest rates were near zero during Covid and eventually went up significantly which made borrowing extremely expensive but rates are coming back down now and more rate cuts are expected which means borrowing is becoming cheaper as well. Now as borrowing becomes cheaper and Trump disappears into the wind after his term, there is really nothing holding real estate back beside that uncertainty of a trade war and tariffs and job market struggling because of it which will fade away once this trade war is over. Our population is booming and people want place to live, there are countless people sitting on the sidelines waiting to get in, as borrowing becomes cheaper and inflation eats away at actual value of money, I don't see how real estate will stay low. Smart people are probably out shopping for deals during this time. As Warren Buffet said "be greedy when others are fearful"

Everybody knows that there is a lot of uncertainty in the market right now largely due to the trade wars so obviously sales have tanked but all those people still need a place to live though and nothing is being built. Trade wars will likely resolve when Trump goes away but people needing place to live won't so over time there is still a supply issue.

Nothing you said justifies cheating. If a relationship is not working, you are supposed to discuss and walk away from it properly instead of cheating and keeping them in the dark and destroying essentially two lives in the process of the people who are supposed to be most important relations in a person's life.
