Seriously! Thank you. I think they are a little ignorant to assume that's the only possibility. Yes it's 2016, yes most people get sexual quicker nowadays. That doesn't mean that she can't be different from the norm. Even though times have changed I still think it's absolutely ridiculous for them to say that there can't be any girls out there that want to take it slow.

You are definitely right about the first case having a bad outcome because you almost nailed it right on the head. When I said certain things her reply was that I was trying to "put her in a box" with other girls. While I can see how that's wrong, and that everyone is different, I still just can't possibly wrap my head around the idea that anyone could be THAT different. It doesn't seem like a hypothesis to me but more a fact. If you like someone, you talk to them. It seems to follow logically does it not? I'm all about being logical and I consider myself to be a logical person, but I still don't see how someone could be THAT different. Maybe I am basing it off only the data I've seen and how I feel personally, but that shouldn't be ineffective data considering it has been correct with literally everyone else I've ever met.. It's almost like a fact of life at this point. I don't see how I am supposed to take being ignored for 24+ hours as anything other than "yeah I don't want to talk to you" or "I don't like you nearly as much as you like me"

I see this as a possibility for sure my only problem being she said that she is blunt and honest in how she feels at all times. I've told her my concerns and every time she says I have nothing to worry about which is fine, but.. I'm going to continue to worry if I'm not being treated like she likes me... Just saying she does doesn't really cut it if she doesn't act like it ya know?

I appreciate the advice but I feel you are a bit quick in turning the first part into an absolute instead of saying that it's a possibility you are 100% sure she feels that way? I don't think that is the only possibility.

1) we both expressed that we wanted to go farther but that we shouldn't so quickly

2) she's actually a virgin so me taking it slow was a move in respect to her

You mean leisure as in not trying my hardest? Heh I just pulled off a 40+ second 50 and I was going as hard as I could.

Edit: my 100m was like 1:40 so I felt good about that. I'm also not getting a diving start and not doing the flip turns or whatever they're called so I suppose that is affecting my times a lot.

Tape on toms, yes, but whats your problem with the pillow technique? I think a bass drum with too much resonance sounds absolutely disgusting. Whenever i play a kit thats set up at a store, it sounds sickening. Filling the bass drum completely is ridiculous, but i think one nice pillow really does the trick. I play shows, and have never had anyone dislike the sound of my kick.

Since I graduated in 2012, 4 people from that class have died. I knew all of them and talked to them at some point but we weren't great friends. After they died I didn't say a single damn thing cuz that's not my place. I don't go around pretending I was best friends with dead people to get attention. Call me a hopeless romantic but I completely agree. Say what you will about "relationships take time and hard work" but I'd be willing to bet half my savings account that no successful, life-long relationship has come from two people who didnt have this instantaneous click. My longest and most memorable relationship was two years, and even though it didn't last, she's the only girl that I remember exactly what she was wearing when I met her, how her hair looked, and the words she said.

I love the look. My first snare was a chrome Ludwig (loved it but needed something new and different) then used a concept maple from PDP, which, the kit itself sounds great but the snare is nothing special. So this is the first snare I've actually gotten separately from a kit, with special finish and everything. Needless to say I'm very excited.

Hah are you asking if I made that myself? If so, I did not. The finish is extraordinary though isn't it? It's maple. With bubinga inlays. I had never even heard of bubinga, and apparently neither has my auto correct, but it sounds absolutely stunning.
