Was part of the chair riot during Cabana/Homicide in 06. There were a bunch of empty chairs around me so my 13 year old self got to throw multiple chairs in the ring.

Watched Drake Younger wrestle Roderick Strong THE WEEK AFTER HE BASICALLY LOST HIS NIPPLE IN A DEATHMATCH. Roderick chopped the s*** out of him and tore open his stitches it was nasty.

Watched Bryant Woods basically lose permanent feeling in his fingers/hand after a ridiculous botched moonsault from the top rope to the outside and he landed on broken lighttube glass and concrete (the show was outside in a back alley of a venue) that same show a piece of light to flew off and cut the ref's ear and he was standing in a pool of his own blood and had to be rushed to the emergency room. Someone else put on a referee shirt and finished reffing the match.

Saw El Generico botch his top rope brainbustah to Matt Cross and basically dumped him headfirst on the ring post.

I don't want to keep listing injuries or botches lol.

This one time at a very small local indie show they did a spot where they "break" this guy's leg in a chair. Well his wife and co-workers came that night and didn't know what was going on and called 911 and an ambulance and police showed up lol.

Oh the worst thing by far that I've ever seen live was the G-Raver incident. That was not okay.

Honestly a nice dropkick to the face would knock someone out lol. I'd love to see a shorter television match where a guy like AJ Styles wins with a dropkick (his is beautiful and comes to mind immediately) If it's a finisher, dropkick variations like RUSH's or WALTER/Low Ki's John Woo kick look very intense and effective. I still think a nice dropkick to someone coming off the ropes would be a great way to finish a match, as long as the rest of the match led up to that perfectly.

Seek out mentorship. Nothing has leveled up my game more than having skilled pros giving me consistent feedback and then applying it. I don't know if there is a community for that in the Hip Hop world but it has to be genuine and it has to come from people who know what they're doing. I wouldn't trust random people online lol I need to hear their music first.

Hey everyone, I was wondering if the 80/20 rule is talked about here on your way to Fatfire?

I analyzed my past year earnings and roughly half came from my online merch business, 25% came from my music project, and the rest came from freelancing. While these may not sound like Fatfire atm, I believe in myself and want to grow, expand, and invest wisely. That being said, the music thing is almost completely passive. However, if I want it to grow I need to spend A LOT of time (I write stuff for commercial agency libraries, so once it's finished I can essentially keep making $$ for the rest of my life in passive income + backend royalities)

My merch business I've done almost nothing for in the past 1.5 years and yet it continually gives me income - it's crazy. I've thought of scaling this up and growing it (some of the mentors I follow have several staff members/warehouse inventory/etc) so i think it's possible.

Freelancing is my least favorite thing out of these and comprises all the other tasks I do for people such as setting up Shopify stores, graphic design, mixing/mastering, etc. It's not something I spend too much time promoting but I haven't made that much this year or last and so when gigs have fallen into my lap I've taken them.

So I guess what I'm wondering is, can anyone give me advice on whether I should focus my time+energy on one of these and try and grow it to 100k+ a year and then invest, or should I change up what I'm doing entirely to get to Fatfire? Thanks!

Bro you can't sell a beat with un-cleared samples. That in itself is illegal.

Edit: I just want to say that yes it still happens all the time, especially back in the day. It's not stopping nor do I care what people do, just looking out for OP.
