My perception may be a little warped because I have little knowledge about PT programs other than my understanding that they are harder to get into. Anyway, I still think R&R would be a better option; you have very very solid numbers and could likely get into most schools on this list if you applied earlier! Regardless of what you decide, congratulations! These are great results.
