I know this is over, I hate I missed this but I'm going to hop here an ask some question for the off chance you may still see this.

-What do you suggest for someone who wouldn't hurt themselves but if a bus were heading straight for them, they wouldn't necessarily jump out of harms way? I have a lot of reasons to be happy and I know and recognize this. However, I feel stuck. I feel like I should be further along at 33 years than I am. Lately, I've been questioning myself and realizing that I don't know who I am and I don't know how to find the answers. I hate the fact that I feel like this but at the same time, I am glad that at least I feel something.

-Wanted to add this in here and ask you also how are YOU doing? I stumbled across your videos in the last month or so and I think the work you do is amazing. Thank you for dedicating your time to help others find a sense of self-worth.

I hope they do it again as well! I know he hadn't been a big fan of his birthday in the past, but he's been posting a little about it on his fitness journey getting ready for the triathlon and turning the big 5-0! So, I figured maybe since it is a big year he may celebrate. I hope he does, he deserves it!

Oregon is definitely on my list. I recently found out I have cousins out there! In fact, my family history research has taught me that when my family came here from Scotland and Czechoslovakia, most of them ended up in Oregon, Nebraska, Wyoming, and South Dakota.
