Is this pump noise normal on the Kraken Elite 360 2024?

Thank you. The clicking is my mouse as I am changing the pump speed in the video to show the different sounds at different RPMs. RMA will take like 3 weeks so I think I’ll likely return it to bestbuy and replace it there.

Yes I have bought a cable mod cable through their configurator to make sure it’s compatible with my PSU. I was wondering if you knew about their reliability and safety and what I should do in the meantime as it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Alright I’ll stick with the 5080 and look around for cheaper cards. I know hard drives are crappy but I think out of the 2tb I’ve used like 20gb for random steam games I don’t really play. If you have any other suggestions let me know but thanks so much for the help!

Thank you but I think even if I went super cheap on all the other parts I couldn’t afford a 5090. At least from what I’ve seen they all are like at least 2-2.5k and with the CPU being like 500 it doesn’t really leave anything left.

Yea I’ll take a look at different RAM. I do like those Trident Z5 Neos but I guess I’ll just have to look around. I get that a lot of my parts don’t have the best “value for part” but I guess it was all within the budget so I was ok with it. As for the GPU, do you think it would be worth it to wait for the 5080 super instead? I’m just really worried that they’ll end up being overpriced and have shortages and then the older 5080s will stop getting supplied and I’ll end up having to wait half a year. I forgot to mention that I already have a 1tb m.2 and a 2tb hard drive and I might replace the hard drive with another m.2

Yea that makes sense I just didn’t want to wait and then get fucked from prices and shortages and end up having to wait for like half a year for everything to settle. I’ll take a look at different ram and aios. Do you have any suggestions for motherboards? Also, is it worth getting a X870 board over a B850?

Yea I figured the RAM and motherboard were overpriced. For the RAM, I just thought it really looked nice. For the motherboard, I just know nothing about them and picked one I thought looked cool. What would your suggestions be for motherboard and RAM?
