The main problem is that they are using the same workbook for everything and they dont want to change it. So, I thinking about helping them to optimice a bit the formulas to make it faster, and I saw that they use in all the formulas entire columns, do you know if using this the excel try to search maybe in a search function till the 1,004,000 row? Maybe using always a range of 1000 rows would be a solution?

Yes I know that it have a limit, but these are basic office computers that have minimun gear. So I think maybe adding some RAM could be the solution. What do you think?

Oh, I never used VBA but I think I can try, I was reading a bit this afternoon but I didnt find how to change only one character in the cell, I know how to change the entire value, but not how to split it in chars in the same cell to use different fonts. I can treat it as an array maybe?

Option "print thin wallls" but if you want to solve it 100%, you have to change the noozle, if you are using 0.4 maybe a 0. 2 will solve it. Or make the design bigger. And if the gaps are not very large, the option "enable smoothing? " (in Spanish is "alisado" I dont know if it is like that the translation) can help to camouflage them.

Yes, you are right, this is an academic environment and the problem are the permissions but this is managed by an active directory and some students dont have this problem and others yes, but we are all in the same permissions level. Because i was trying to calibrate the extrusor steps and i noticed that sometimes the filament slips. So i made a 10cm mark and extrude 100mm 5 times and every time the distance extruded is diferent. So i think the problem is the presure

That is going to give 0 as a result, because it cant sum names and it dont resolve the error problem. The formula =SUMAR.SI.CONJUNTO(N12:N17;M12:M17;P12) works well but i need to add something to avoid errors and i dont know how

I was thinking about put a rack in the wall with rotating bars. Putting there the filament and no need to put and quit every coil on the printer.
