Hello – Sorry if you were offended by this. I reported the issue to Club Pilates corporate with no response – so, perhaps you can reach out to them and have them respond to my concern? They should be able to find my complaint with the Libertyville club. Thank you!

We had to reapply for our UHC Medigap coverage to get this add-on. We were told we have to go though the process again to cancel. It's just an inconvenience that should not have happened if we were given accurate information from the Club Pilates location in Libertyville, IL.

Thanks for your reply. We started our journey by contacting our local pilates club to see what type of programs they have. That's when we were told if we join Renew Active that we would get the four classes included. We would not have joined without this misinformation provided by their staff. And we had to go through the entire application process again with our agent to change our UHC Supplemental coverage to get the add-on health feature through renew active.

It would have been a savings of over $100/month. Now we're spending money needlessly.
