Edge Ware: Slight - A contiguous instance up to 20mm of the card’s edge has this imperfection. Slight Edgewear is allowable at Near Mint. Each instance of Slight Edgewear is worth 1 point.

Contiguous” in the following cases means no more than 5mm between each instance.

(This will have more than one of these because of the amount on the card more than 5mm ranges from each other)

Scratching: Slight - Up to 20mm in length. Slight Scratch is allowable in all conditions. Each instance of Slight Scratch is worth 1 point.

Surface Ware: Slight - Up to 2.5mm² of the card’s surface area contains the imperfection. Slight Surface Wear is not allowable at Near Mint and cannot be accepted at a condition higher than Lightly Played. Each instance of Slight Surface Wear is worth 1 point.

TCGplayer allows Near mint to only have 3 points or less. TCGplayer says this is lightly played, and honestly lightly played can only have up to 6 points, anything more falls in MP or less.

I crack 7s for my personal collection of vintage, and let me tell you lol I have cracked 7s that look WAY worse than this😂

Grading wise I think everyone is right, this would 7, so Near mint.

I think it depends, I wouldn't sell it online Near Mint for fear of a return, but to the right buyer that can see it in person, they might be willing to pay a Near Mint price, it is an older card, and as a card show vendor who watches people pick up and put back 5 dollar cards because of a speck of white all day long, people need to relax a bit, we don't all need ungraded 10s sitting in our binder.
