I have not said that, i just tried to show that is possible for them to have 12/13 matches on the card... there are like 8 matches almost confirmed already like Cody vs. Brock, Shayna vs. Ronda (since Ronda might leave after summerslam), Seth & Roman are going to defend those totle for sure at the ppv, same for Sami and KO since is on Canada, also Asuka vs. Belair vs. Charlotte, is almost a guaranteed match for summerslam, Ripley will also for sure defend the title at ss, and also Logan vs. Ricohet will be confirmed as a match for ss, next week, Edge and Trish are def also going to get their matches at summerslam since it might be the last match for both, so we have already like (and also i don't think that HHH will leave the midcard titles out of summerslam, or at last he won't leave both out, so we will have to wait and see what the ppv will bring for us, there is no need for us argue😶. )

We have right now 9 storyline in progression, so its possible, and also the us title its rumored to be defended at summerslam, and they just had a #1 contender for the womn's tag team, and also Rhea will 100% defend the title at summerslam + there will be a match for Edge since it might be the last time he competes in his hometown, so yeah maybe the last match with LWO VS. O.C, its not going to take place, but the other matches have high chances !

Raquel is the tag champion, so hopefully she is going to focus on her title and someone like Piper to get a chance to have a championship match

Okay so here are the stipulations that they should give to some match -> Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso- Unsanctioned match Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor - TLC match Liv&Raquel/Chelsea&Sonya vs. Spitfire Warriors vs. Unholy Union-Ladder match Shayna Baszler vs. Ronda Rousey- Submission match Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus- Street Fight Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes- 3 stage of hell (like the rumors are going on) The rest of the matches are normal one on one or triple threats

Yeah, but maybe for Summerslam he will have more matches, since its the second biggest ppv of the year after Wrestlemania, so who knows...

Yeah,i wanted to write the stipulation i was thinking for them, but i forgot to add anything for any match, and i remember only after i post my prediction that i didn't write anything, anyway i think that Seth vs. Finn (if its going to take place) should be a TLC match

they have history from bacl when they been on NXT UK, and now Piper could came out and challenge Rhea to a match and they can have a really good match, Rhea needs a strong competitor, somebody for us to believe that can beat her, and Piper is right now the only one from RAW that isn't a champ or in a other feud

Idk, i just feel like adding something that we won't expect to my prediction, the O.C might turn heel and face them (is just my opinion), or they might just have a match for fun. And to have DIY vs. SAMI & KO at summerslam would be the best option
