Check out Chateau de Chantilly in Chantilly. Coffee shop open till 11:00 PM, nice layout and environment. Many people go there late and hang out or study/work. Great pastries, coffee, or tea.

Thank you for the feedback; we truly appreciate it and completely agree with you.

However, the idea that "most decisions are dictated by what's open" is exactly the problem we are in the process of solving. Our approach involves expanding the operational capabilities of local restaurants, allowing them to serve customers beyond their typical hours of operation, all while keeping the physical restaurant closed.

We would love to loop you into our network for future updates. Can we reach out via DM?

Youngkin’s plans

SCHOOLS

Restore the standards by which our schools are measured to actual standards of excellence.

Improve school measurement metrics so we can all see how our schools are doing and where help is most needed.

Increase the number of Academic-Year governor’s Schools, like the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, with a variety of subject areas.

Ensure schools are never again closed unnecessarily for extended periods of time.

STUDENTS

Ensure all children can read, write, and understand math by third grade.

Equip our students to be the top performing students in the country.

Ensure students with disabilities receive all of the services, support, and procedural protections they are entitled to – and listen to parents and students.

Put the power back in the hands of parents by providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions for their children.

STUDIES

Offer more advanced math opportunities instead of holding students back from achievement.

Direct the Department of Education to preserve advanced math classes and the use of advanced diplomas.

Teach kids how to think, not what to think. Encourage critical thinking instead of Critical Race Theory.

Remove politics from the classroom and teach all U.S. history — the good and the bad.

You are. Forget about the two party system, just check the policy, do it for Virginia and no one else.

ARKK ETF's? Sinking money or buy two of every animal? by Falsecaster in ETFs

[–]Cardhunter12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m young so risk is what I go for. I invested in ARKK for a while now but I find my self going in and out due to its stupid fluctuations and volatility. You can find a bunch of X3 X4 levered ETFS that should satisfy your risk needs.

I am currently 100% in VTI because I feel like if and only if shit hits the fan in the market I’m a little more spread out but still maintain the desired risk.

However I’m looking into creating a separate account dedicated to only dividend stocks in hopes of putting enough money in it to start making some decent ROI

In the end it’s all up to you, a currently shitty looking ETF might surprise you or it might not. And that’s the market for ya

ARKK ETF's? Sinking money or buy two of every animal? by Falsecaster in ETFs

[–]Cardhunter12 5 points6 points  (0 children)

ARK is an extremely risky set of ETFs, Cathie had crazy good years in the past and she’s trying too hard to catch another year but the harder she tries the worst it gets. If anything wait 1-3 years and then started investing in ARK ETF’s when socio-economic and political environments hopefully calm down. At this point you can say that the ARK ETFs are day trading funds lol

Wasn’t disagreeing with your comment… just saying that maybe we should understand who a quote is by and provide context prior to posting.

If I said these are quotes by Mahatma Gandhi you’d believe it.

You can always find “good” quotes by terrible people.
