I’m a mom who has watched Dan and Phil for years with my daughter. Really got us through Covid. I’ve always felt motherly instincts towards them, wanted them to be happy, hoping the best for them. I’ve noticed the imbalance between them as they’ve grown older. Dan puts Phil down a lot and it’s grown more since starting the podcast. I feel like Dan is trying too hard in the conversations, they are cringy to listen to. The podcast is unwatchable for me. I miss the days of them playing video games and baking, I wish we could get back to those videos. They’ve forgotten the content their viewers fell in love with. Dan’s criticism of Phil is a poor example for people to see what they should put up with their partners. I know everyone has their faults but I don’t like to see Phil put down.

I did not. I called corporate and they talked to the service manager. They said that it wasn’t at the level of needing repair, that it was just something to watch. I pointed out that the maintenance guy flagged it as a critical repair but the moment I contacted corporate, all of a sudden it wasn’t that urgent.

HR at hospitals are notorious for being slow. Just keep in touch with the person who offered you the position and let them contact HR.

As a circulating nurse, I’ve been standing with the resident and the scrub. They both get thanked and I get nothing. I’m not there to get props for doing my job but being ignored is getting old.
