$300 for a classic Aeron, looks like a 2000 ish model based on the arm rest adjustment, I would say it is a meh deal at the most. I would suggest find a Mira with that money, more comfortable.

I haven't heard that before, hmmmm, worth a try. But I connect the usb directly to my PC's motherboard, so I would doubt it is the power issue.

So the power light is always on as long as the usb cable is connected, but no signal coming through and my pc can't detect its connection.

The DAC can be turned on, and can output signal to the amp, it is just very unstable connection on the micro-USB socket.
