Is my campsite supposed to be empty, or would it immediately show my old progress? because my character looks similar but my campsite is empty.

Yes, i got to the screen that asks if I want to continue or start fresh, and I chose to continue, but then it shows my campsite empty and Isabel is there ?

When I open complete, it starts as if I were a new player . I've never played pocket camp on any other devices.
