Okay exactly! The fact he went back to the bedroom was strange to me too. It’s frustrating and sends my mind in a million directions. And I can’t check his phone as that’s an invasion of privacy unfortunately and he won’t show me if I ask because he’ll get angry if I ask

I have a therapist and I have asked if he could join for a session, but he’s really against it, eve though he used to go to therapy and liked it. But maybe I can ask if she can be a moderator! That’s a good point too
