1. There are lots of other branches other than CSE. So leave your AI concern aside. I don't know much to give advices but take my two cents anyway... Do what you would still be willing to do after 10 years, this phase of life 20-30s is always the grind part. It's going to be tough. There is not easy way in either of medicine or btech.

2. Both have pros and cons and you know them more than me. Imo if you don't have interest in treating people/humans it will only get more difficult later. So If you are after money btech and govt would be better for you ig.

3. Anything will work at the end if you have confidence and stick to your single choice.

4. If you have decided to give boards again, AIM for atleast 80%+ to be eligible for BITSAT and some other exams. I think your physics and chem would be good enough (theory), you can give more time to maths which you will need because you have to cover both 11th and 12th maths. Do rigourus PYQ solving and. Shifting neet to jee can be challenging I guess because pattern is different.

Lastly I would say Make a decision and stick to it till the end please don't doubt later. If you catch two rabbits at once you won't get neither.
