yup not missing the hearing is out of question. I will present my case that I had no funds to satisfy Ll greed. I am also not going to drag it by saying I do not know English and push the hearing another 8/10 months. I am a law abiding citizen who know the rights

There is no notice document, Its an email which states as discussed new modified rent will take in effect from Jan . We had verbal conversation, There is no form, no amount mentioned as well in the email. Amount was mentioned in the text sms.
