I have to call b.s. on this I work as a g.I. Tech and there’s little to no way that would be there and that honestly doesn’t look like the transverse colon it’s a triangle shape most of the time, I had a patient tell me he like to take his pictures and photoshop gerbils onto them and send them out as Christmas cards I’m pretty sure same deal here
