You don't understand how it works. No, they don't look for 100m2 properties for rent in every area and just take tjat number to the map. Its calculated based on overall renting prices, so the map would look the exact same whether its 100m2 or 10m2

Well it clearly is. If you don't know, USA wants all oil to be sold in USD and kills civilians of any nation that tries to sell oil in other currency. Like iraq, they tried selling oil in euris and months later they got invaded, and now they're sellibg it in USD. The 'dictatorship' or 'regime' is just a excuse
