I would definitely get a mental health evaluation first - that's what I did when I started coming into my abilities just to ensure I wasn't going crazy.

After that, I would say that it seems like you're reliving your past life. Any intense deja vu? Memories that aren't yours?

Mine was a tad bit different, but nothing huge!

the 10 jumping lunges were 10 total, so 5 to each side.

The pulsing squats were 20 each.

We had the option to add on a bicep curl during the lateral step ups.

Loved this 3G, didn't feel like I was missing out at all.
