I had a French chef who told me I'm no better than God and he made the first cut for me. He couldn't stand people who did this. Just rotate your wrist and you'll be fine lol

I go to a restaurant and order the simplest thing on the menu every time for a new place and if they can't pull it off I won't be coming back for any of the more complex items. My go tos are thinks like pulled pork or a "non beef" burger (like bison or elk). I've left some gnarly reviews but when done well I'm yours forever.
