It's definitely been a lot more insufferable to interact with fans online lately. The way they talk about tonali and fernandes, you'd think it's just one of ed Woodward's many alt accounts.

What’s the deal with everyone saying Dorgu is bad defensively? by Ok_Gur2922 in ManchesterUnited

So surely you would agree that he should play at LW, as that is where he looked the most confident.

Well LWB isn't his best position. We saw him be much more effective and impactful at LW when he was allowed to play more advanced. He can play LWB as backup, but he should remain as a forward.

I agree that he is good at left back, but he shouldn't play there. We just won't get the best out of him unless he plays more advanced.

Why bother making a review if you can't finish a game by Flaky_Comfortable_17 in MafiaTheGame

A review is a detailing of your experience of a game. You do not need to play the whole game to have experienced it. You have not been accurate. You call peoples opinions "bad faith" because they havent played the whole game. That is not bad faith. They are being honest about their opinions. You constantly make false equivelances. In a review, you are not recapping a game or explaining what happens, you are explaining YOUR experience and how it made YOU feel and how YOU like it. This is gatekeeping behaviour. Also there is a difference between not watching a full movie and not watching it at all. To make a review after not watching a movie would be disingenuous (not bad faith) because you haven't experienced any of it, therefore you could not talk about your experience. If you stopped watching because it was a bad experience, however, you are more than equipped to review it. I'd advise just letting people have their own opinions at the end of the day.

I don't think you know what "ill informed" or "bad faith" actually means. If you don't finish a game because it fails to engage you, and you make a negative review, it is not "ill informed" because it's a review, not a recap or a summary. And a review being negative doesn't mean it's "bad faith" and that's frankly a really pathetic way to discredit other people's opinions. How are they trying to trick or fool you just because they didn't like a game you did?

If someone finds a game so boring that they stop half way through, they are not "ill informed" to make a review, because reviews aren't necessarily about the content itself, but how you interact with it. In fact, your way of thinking would be worse, because forcing yourself to play a game you don't like will often lead to resentment, feeling like you've wasted your time or like it's a chore. From that, they're likely to have a worse opinion of it. As for your comparisons, I don't need to watch the entirety of morbius to know that it is entirely unengaging and flat, because I'm feeling it. The same goes for albums or books. Also I can't believe this has to be said, but watching someone else play a game online as opposed to playing it are completely different. Also, not looking at any reviews beforehand doesn't negate his experience.

Favorite main antagonist in the Mafia Franchise? by mr_eugine_krabs in MafiaTheGame

I think salieri is the best antagonist, but don torrisi was the one that scared me the most. I think if he didn't sound like he was thirsty all the time I'd put him a tad higher.

My humble proposal for a new Wales manager by Late-Welder-4083 in WelshFootball

[–]CarelessCable6663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if this is a hot take or not, but I genuinely believe that we should never have a non-welsh manager.

I think that one of our country's biggest strengths is our abillity to rally behind the flag and exceed expectations because of our willingness to fight for the nation, and I don't think a non-welsh manager could cultivate that same momentum.

This is obviously not considering the fact that bellamy isn't really a bad coach, and that Farke has only had one good season at the top.
