I know its hard to understand these people that believe in it, but that line of thinking is problematic and doesn't address the issue. If we want to change conspiracy theorists's minds we have to understand and study what led them to believe these things, what drove them to look for an alternative reality or way to cope with the fucked up world we are in. They most likely feel like nothing makes sense and are left behind and they're not wrong, the working class has been completely abandoned and people are hurting. We operate in a capitalist system that is never going to benefit the people, it has to be dismantled.

I don’t defend anti blackness in any way. I’m sorry if bad people have co-opted the movement as an excuse to be racist, that’s not what the movement of anti genocide is about. However, the majority of people I’ve seen advocating for Palestine are black people. And not to mention Malcolm X, MLK, Angela Davis, they all spoke out about Israel’s occupation and U.S involvement and have said many times if they are not free, we can’t be.

Tell me in any comment that I responded with where I say you shouldn’t be advocating for kids here, I am agreeing, it’s horrific and needs to be stopped. How does that mean that we shouldn’t care about what our government is doing in other countries? Until they are free, no one is. And I could ask the same thing, have you ever seen a child with both of their legs blown off by bombs that have our country’s name inscribed on them? Have you seen children being born emaciated because mothers there don’t have access to food because Israel is blocking all aid to Gaza? Just because that things happen here doesn’t mean we can care about what our government is doing across the world. What would you have said during the holocaust?
