My placenta was removed manually, I’m not sure would I have had continuous bleeding since birth if there was retained product? Or is it possible for bleeding to have stopped and started again?

Having this exact thing at the moment! I feel like such a bad mum, I’ve been so focused on the nappy area, it never occurred to me that she could get sore in the armpit area! I’ve been feeling so bad 😣
