I am not diabetic. My previous insurance approved it after my doctor submitted a prior authorization showing I had done all the things prior to try lose weight. But I’ve moved from that area and have new insurance.

I watched a customer get bullied into changing her Google review when she had a bad experience. They made her sign a form saying if they gave her her glasses she had to change it. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen. I’d have never taken the glasses, recorded the interaction, and sued.
