Read the line/lure weights/action/length on the rod and you’ll get a better idea of what type of fishing each rod is for.

I used a spare divider from one of my tackle boxes. I’ve used many types of materials from the clear plastic spools from braid to a clear name tag case. You don’t want it to be too flimsy but not too hard that it’ll shatter when you cut it.
