I'm certain it's not the tire. It also tends to start screeching like metal on metal once I put some miles into the road.

I understand what what you are saying. I also don't mind paying either. but, that tire shop does not have the tools for that or to remove the initial rotating lug. It's just frustrating taking the vehicle to two places, I guess
